In-store service project associate

The ISS Project Associate is a ground-level execution role responsible for supporting the build‑out and day‑to‑day management of Shark Ninja’s in‑store service programs across Mexico and LATAM. Working closely with the Retail Services Project Manager (US), this role helps establish retail execution standards, coordinate with 3 PL vendors, and ensure that in‑store programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the quality level Shark Ninja demands.

Support the execution and scaling of Shark Ninja’s in‑store service programs in Mexico and LATAM by providing on‑the‑ground coordination, vendor management, and operational support—ensuring that the retail experience meets the same standards of quality and consistency established in the US.
