What You’ll Do:
🎯 Handle internal phone calls and emails
📞 Proactively find solutions for customers and internal colleagues
🗓️ Optimize the daily schedule of technicians in real time
🔧 Quickly resolve unexpected planning issues and ensure smooth service delivery
🤝 Support operational flow and ensure efficient coordination between teams
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written)
