**The Role**

**Incident & Crisis Management Support**

+ Support the coordination and facilitation of response activities during operational disruption events
+ Assist with incident communications, stakeholder updates, and response tracking
+ Maintain and update incident management playbooks, procedures, and documentation
+ Participate in post-incident reviews and lessons-learned activities
+ Operational Resilience & Continuity Activities
+ Conduct and support Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and continuity assessments
+ Assist with maintaining and improving Business Continuity / BC-DR plans
+ Support resilience testing initiatives, including tabletop exercises and simulations
+ Contribute to ongoing framework enhancements and process improvements
