The People Programs Associate Manager (Inclusion Associate Manager) will play a key supporting role in delivering talent, engagement, and inclusion programs that enable a positive and impactful employee experience. Reporting to the People Programs lead, this role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful execution of people initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to leadership development, employee voice, and recognition.
This position is ideal for a passionate HR professional who is highly organised, adaptable, and eager to grow their experience across multiple people focused workstreams. You will help ensure the smooth execution of programs that enhance culture, build capability, and contribute to Accenture’s broader people and transformation goals.
