We are recruiting an Inclusion Mentor to support pupils at risk of disengaging from education.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 inclusion support
Support behaviour and classroom engagement
Encourage positive relationships with staff and peers
Work with SEN and pastoral teams
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting vulnerable pupils is desirable
Patient and supportive approach
Commitment to inclusive education
