About the role

No two days will look alike. As Inclusion & Outcomes Delivery Manager, you’ll lead a hands-on programme that touches every part of the organisation — from studio sessions and community activities to volunteer coordination and funder reporting. You’ll work directly alongside artists, instructors, families and volunteers, making sure everyone is safe, supported and able to thrive.
