We are recruiting an Inclusion Support Mentor to work within a secondary school supporting pupils at risk of disengagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide targeted inclusion support
Support behaviour and engagement
Build positive relationships with pupils
Work alongside SEN and pastoral teams
Skills & Experience
Experience in education, care or mentoring is desirable
Calm, supportive and resilient approach
Strong commitment to inclusion
