Inclusive Learning Support Teacher Position

Aspengrove School is looking for a passionate Learning Support Teacher for Senior School learners in Grades 8-12. You will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive environment for diverse students.

In this position, work closely with students in both classroom and co-curricular settings while implementing individualized strategies for success. Collaboration is essential as you support teachers and the Student Resource Centre in driving inclusive educational practices, ensuring all students thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute targeted interventions for students with diverse needs
• Craft and manage Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Coach students on organization and study skills
• Partner with teachers to modify instructional materials
• Engage in consistent progress monitoring and reporting
