Incubation Manager

1. Start-up and Innovation Support: Identify, mentor and support students, faculty, alumni and innovators interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, product development and start-up creation.

2. Incubation Centre Operations: Manage the day-to-day functioning of the Incubation Centre, including scheduling, coordination, facility usage, documentation and operational follow-up.

3. Mentoring and Expert Guidance: Coordinate mentoring sessions with entrepreneurs, industry experts, investors, alumni, faculty mentors and domain specialists for start-up teams.

4. Business Plan and Pitch Support: Assist innovators and start-ups in preparing business plans, pitch decks, market research, financial projections, revenue models and go-to-market strategies.

5. Funding, Grants and Schemes: Guide start-ups in applying for grants, seed funding, government schemes, innovation challenges, competitions, CSR support and investor funding opportunities.
