We are looking for a NOC SME (L1/L2) to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues across enterprise environments. You will ensure high network availability, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, Firewall, and Internet connectivity using NMS tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 network incidents; escalate complex issues to L3 teams.
