Job Summary:

Create and increase brand awareness through maintaining pricing, shelf health, promotions and strong customer and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Shelf health

• Ensure product availability


• Check for expired and damaged stock


• Identify need for promotions to increase sales


• Inform client of cycle and ensure suitable

Effective administration

• Complete reports timeously


• Manage assets and equipment (e.g. coolers, etc.)


• Complete necessary documentation when required

Customer service and satisfaction

• Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution
