Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver individual giving campaigns across online and offline channels, including direct mail, email, telemarketing, face-to-face, and digital acquisition.

Support the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns to meet income and expenditure targets.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and compliant campaign delivery.

Maintain supporter relationships through quality communication, including thanking donors effectively.
