We're Hiring: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Grow and manage a territory through prospecting and account development.
Build strong relationships with dealers, end users, and national accounts.
Promote industrial batteries, chargers, accessories, and software solutions.
Develop customer solutions using pre- and post-sale software tools.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and territory plans.
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of B2B sales experience.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
Professional English proficiency.
