Responsibilities

• Producing the headcount report.
• Producing and presenting the cost centre report.
• Preparing site activity reviews.
• Producing actual versus budget comparisons of under/over recovery.
• Entering and controlling data related to your scope in the reporting tool.
• Explaining under/over recovery discrepancies.
• Explaining variances on cost centres.
• Establishing best estimates and last estimates of costs.
• Coordinating and preparing the budget exercise (costs and rates)...
