**Description:** The Lockheed Martin facility in Lufkin, TX is seeking a self-starting and team-oriented Industrial Engineer to support our World Class Electronic Manufacturing facility. In this role, the selected candidate will apply advanced Industrial Engineering techniques to perform the following:
• Effectively apply traditional Industrial Engineering techniques and disciplines
• Perform labor, efficiency and capacity analyses as well as standard data development
• Identify and provide justification for required resources (capital, equipment, tools, etc.) based on analysis of production flow and capacity
• Analyze HPU variance and trends for assigned area(s) to identify and address opportunities for improvement
• Analyze and improve production layouts to be optimal for current and future production rates
• Evaluate and improve material handling methods in assigned area(s)
• Facilitate continuous improvement activities
