Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in process time study, Capacity analysis, line setup and relay outactivities.
- Analysis current operations, methods and resource utilization and recommendalternative method aim at improving efficiency in the use of material, man &machine.
- Develop and define a proper process flow and assembly station, process audit andworking instruction verify.
- Responsible to ensure continual improvement and efficiency in the productionprocesses by monitoring and maintaining process conditions and parameter.
- 1-3 years working experience in manufacturing or industrial process (PrecisionTechnology)
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and demands, make thingshappen and get results.
- Able to use AutoCAD to draw layout and submit for authority approvalsubmission.
- Engage on new machine installation and buy-off activities.
