Overview

Evaluate next Model Year Process Sheets to support Budget submittion using AMPS and predetermined time analysis. Review and implement Model Year changes. Participate in WPI/OTP for future programs. Improve productivity by eliminating waste and balance work loads. Update AMPS 3 to maintain headcount, times, scroll, material usage and vehicle safety requirements. Deliver by using AMPS the standardized documentation to the production areas: SWI. Define standards for as required and non productive material. Standardize methods between teams and shifts. Manpower control of current authorization and Update Productivity KPI's. Overtime control and aproval.
