Industrial Engineering (IE) Director

Job Description

IE Standardization System Construction – 30%

• Establish, review and manage IE standard procedures and guide the team to comply. Set up and maintain IE standards, including standard capacity, standard working hours, standard manpower calculation system formulation, etc.
• Lead the team to realize IE team targets.
• Train, develop and guide subordinates.
• Identify elements of improvements and assign the right people to lead improvement projects.

Manufacturing Cost Reduction – 20%

• Plan manufacturing budget, review product standard cost, monitor, analyze and continuously reduce manufacturing cost.
• Break down quarterly/monthly cost management objectives, analyze and continuously reduce manufacturing cost.
• Review actual cost vs. budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review manufacturing capex budget plan and actual execution.
