Job Description
Job Responsibilities Primary Tasks
- Overall Capacity modelling/planning/expenditures for the filter business.
- Works with planning,manufacturing, process and equipment engineering to ensure demand is met.
- Review capacity model, understanding the constraints and track cycle to cycle capacity changes.
- Identify bottle-neck process and workout capacity improvement projects with cross-functionalteams and/orCapEx for capacity ramping/ expansion for the Filter business.
- Conduct time study and update processes cycle time.
- Lead and drive cross functional teams to continuously improve OEE, cycle time and processes.
- Identify process and operation inefficiencies in order to propose solutions for optimization andimprovement.
- Project management using Gantt chart / Action plan to execute and track the timeline of tools / equipment ready for production.
