**Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a skilled **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to join our production team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production efficiency.
**Shift and Pay**
6 am - 6pm - 12 hour shifts working at 3-2-2-3 schedule - MUST BE AVALIBLE FOR WEEKENDS
Pay: $30-35 based on experience
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative maintenance on extrusion, printing, and bagging equipment
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
+ Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
