Industrial Paint Shop Lead / Spray Coating Supervisor

$26.00 – $30.00/Hour • Richfield, WI Area • 100% Onsite Join a well-respected, highly stable industrial equipment manufacturer with a exceptional multi-decade history of employment security Take the lead on the floor: 1st Shift position combining hands-on precision painting with shop-floor team leadership
LEADERSHIP DEPTH 2 to 5 years of professional supervisory, team lead, or shop foreman experience in a manufacturing environment, paired with active hands-on painting depth

TECHNICAL SKILLS Minimum of 1 year of hands-on industrial paint spray gun operation and pneumatic air tool experience

PRECISION MEASUREMENT Absolute mastery of reading a physical measurement tape down to exact fractions is a strict requirement for this role

WORK SCHEDULE Fixed, stable 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
