Position Summary

Automation Systems & Design is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team in Moraine, Ohio. This position is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing a variety of fabricated metal components, equipment, and industrial products. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial coatings, surface preparation techniques, and spray-painting equipment while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare metal surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and other preparation methods.

Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications and production requirements.
