Industrial Project Leader

What will you do?
* Lead cross-functional project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals of project deliverable.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively managing resources following stage gate of project (open, select, do , implement, produce, sell and close) and timelines to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
* Coordinate with all the stackholder (delivery and receiving plant, LOB and global deployment) to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and accountability among all stakeholders.
* Implement and monitor project performance metrics, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and optimize project efficiency.
