Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Resolve identified engineering issues in manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and improve performance and efficiency. * Work as a team between Manufacturing/ Process/ UPE/ resolve production and quality issues, and reduce production line disruptions. * Ensure the production equipment is under control and the quality of the product meets expectations. * Implement a Preventive/Predictive maintenance program. * Monitor equipment performance key indicators, set goals, and drive the team to meet expectations. * Provide necessary production support. * Establish an indirect spare inventory system for key equipment. * Sustain and improve the key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projects. * Establish a team to work on continuous improvement projects aligned to organization objectives. * Implement productivity improvement programs and reduce costs through continuous cost-reduction efforts. * I...
