Location: Plant-Based (Shrirampur)

Experience: 10-20 yrs in Dairy plant Ops, Quality, Production Or Academia
Experience Preferred: Dairy Industry + Academia (Dairy Technology)

Role Purpose
This is a high-impact role in the Industrial function. The role has blend of both; Core Operational excellence and Academia. The Industrial Trainer or the Capability Head will be responsible for training, mentoring and developing the Dairy Technologist Trainees (GET/Fresher Dairy Technologists) who join us through campus placements, every year.
The role ensures that trainees gain the technical, functional, and behavioral skills required to take up independent roles in manufacturing within 1–2 years, locally or globally.
