Industrialization Engineer H-M

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

• Based on compliance with the instructions and requirements described in SAESA's quality and safety management systems, manufacturer's manuals (OEM), as well as customer specifications and the standards of the applicable regulatory authorities, the Industrialization engineer has the following responsibilities:
• Contribute to corporate goals by ensuring flawless industrialization development in the repair lines, securing schedule milestones, and complying with Quality processes (GPREP). Apply cost reduction mindset and engineering methodologies.

• Organized, capable of working in multidisciplinary teams, solving problems, focusing on results, and adhering to the methodologies established by the group.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing, PDCA, FMEA, APQP, and related methodologies.
