Industrialization Engineer H/M

Responsible for increasing the industrial capacity and maturity of the organization by leading and supporting new operational methods required for engine maintenance, strengthening processes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in problem‑solving and continuous improvement actions for existing methods.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives in HSE, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery, integrating the principies of the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Meet the KPl´s applicable to the role, ensuring on-time results, resource optimization, and continuous improvement
• Act with ethics, integrity, and cross‑functional collaboration, strengthening organizational efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making
• Comply with the Quality Management System documentation, applicable regulatory requirements, and the Safety Management System (SMS)
