**Minimum qualifications**:
- 6 years of experience managing the development of technical solutions (i.e., SaaS sales, IaaS sales, PaaS sales) or go-to-market strategies and implementation within the industry team.
- 6 years of experience with customer-facing in the enterprise space, translating customer needs into solutions.
- Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in strategy and business development.
- Experience working with teams in an ambiguity and highly matrixed environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
