Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Pipeline — End to End
Build and maintain the influencer identification pipeline — systematic sourcing of Vedic astrology
creators across Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts. Focus: genuine Jyotish practitioners and
educators, not generic spiritual lifestyle accounts.
Own all influencer outreach — personalised first contact, relationship building, negotiation of
collaboration terms (performance-based UTM commission, not flat fees).
Onboard new influencers — brief on the Vedic Gems brand, IGI certification story, content
guidelines, UTM link setup, and ASCI disclosure requirements.
Issue content briefs for every campaign — specific stone, planet, Jyotish context, permitted and
prohibited language (no outcome guarantees), mandatory ASCI disclosure in first line of caption.
