Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer and creator collaborations across key platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital culture, social media trends, and creator ecosystems, along with the ability to design and execute impactful influencer strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine pitching strategies for influencer outreach.
- Manage the entire influencer collaboration cycle: strategy, campaign planning, briefing, execution and reporting.
- Manage issues as they arise and lead on problem solving across client campaigns, guiding junior team members to ensure positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Creator Growth and Finance, developing proposals and strategies to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
