Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure stable IT operations across Head Office, Business Units, and Data Centre, including end-user support and L3 escalations
- Manage user lifecycle and access controls across core systems (AD, Microsoft 365, Opera, Simphony, Oracle EBS, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement of IT services, service desk, and user satisfaction
- Define and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead delivery of strategic IT projects
- Own infrastructure roadmap (on-prem, Data Centre, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- Lead infrastructure, cloud, and security initiatives (AD hardening, SCCM, Intune, backups, server management)
- Oversee Microsoft 365 security and endpoint protection tools
- Monitor and manage Oracle OCI environment
