Role Overview Syntage is seeking an IT & Automation Manager to serve as the technical owner of our internal systems, IT infrastructure, and process automations. This role bridges the gap between business operations and technology. You will act as an internal consultant outlining high-level technical strategies, while also personally executing the hands-on development—including software integrations, AI adoption, and workflow automations. Additionally, you will manage the company’s foundational cybersecurity posture and day-to-day IT administration.
