Job Description
We’re hiring: IT Service Delivery Manager (Onsite – Wayne, NJ)
Aptimized is looking for a hands-on IT Service Delivery Manager to lead managed services, infrastructure operations, and technology implementation projects across our client base.
This is not a passive oversight role — we need someone who can own delivery, manage P&L, lead technical teams, and drive real outcomes for clients.
Location: Wayne, NJ (Onsite – 5 days/week)

What You’ll Own
- Full accountability for service delivery performance (SLA/KPI/CX)
- P&L ownership across customer accounts (revenue, margin, cost control)
