WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for Provide onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include system setup, troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring IT compliance.
Provide support for Installation and configuration/ troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, Wireless, IP Phones, printers, scanners, UPS and IP Cameras.
To help users in solving their computer related problems
Perform installation and upgrades on all PCs/Notebooks
Endpoint Support and ensure that antivirus software runs perfectly on all systems.
Tier 1 local Application support.
To make sure any illegal software should not be installed in the company
