Information Technology Support Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring server and network operational
2. Upgrade OS and server/network devices
3. Support applications from the infrastructure side
4. Conduct/update technical reports on a regular basis
5. Ensure the backup files complete and safe

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
2. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
3. Understand about Data Center Procedures
4. Basic Linux knowledge
5. Understand virtualization such as VMware or Virtualbox is a plus
6. Understand of databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL is a plus
7. Willing to place in Kuningan & Kemang (South Jakarta)
8. Willing to work in shifts is a must
