Information Technology Support Technician

Responsibilities

• 3-5+ years of experience as a field support technician able to go on site 5 days a week, hands-on experience with both Windows and Mac
• Strong understanding of third party applications (Adobe, Box or other design software)
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite; great organization skills, able to prioritize tasks. Experience with Azure Active Directory. Great communication skills and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Strong technical person that can take charge with new hires, troubleshooting across the board; they want someone that has experience with Microsoft Office 365 platforms
