Oxford Solutions is working with a growing engineering organization to identify an experienced Infrastructure & Mobility Group Manager to lead transportation planning and design efforts across Pennsylvania. This senior leadership role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a strong background in roadway and highway engineering who is ready to oversee project delivery, mentor staff, and drive client growth within the transportation sector.

As Infrastructure & Mobility Group Manager, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for transportation projects serving state and municipal clients, including PennDOT-related work.
