Responsibilities
Provide technical support, administration, and maintenance for enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
Support and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions including: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint IIQ, or SailPoint IDN
