Job Summary
Looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer with expertise in cloud-based Windows/Linux server administration, IT infrastructure support, incident management, and security compliance. Strong background in system maintenance, capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and ensuring high availability of business-critical systems.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Must have 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance;
- Must have 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat Linux servers in a cloud environment;
- Strong knowledge of server, database, network, and cybersecurity best practices;
