Position Infrastructure Support Junior 
Location Xalapa, Veracruz 
Work Model On-Site 
We are offering Pay rate: $18K - $28K MXN Gross Monthly

Requirements Knowledge of IT infrastructure including: 
Computer and printer troubleshooting and deployment. 
Microsoft Windows (client) and basic understanding of Active Directory. 
Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN). 
Familiarity with internet connectivity and security concepts (VPN, antivirus). 
Exposure to virtualization or remote access tools (e.g., Citrix) is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing environment. 
Knowledge of M365 administration, including Office suite, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and entra ID.
