Job Description
**The Role**:
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for supporting the Maintenance function to ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs, improving equipment availability, reliability, and operational performance.
This role contributes to safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations through strong technical execution, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Maintenance Execution & Equipment Reliability**:
- Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance routines for production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
- Ensure proper operation, monitoring, and follow-up of maintenance activities.
- Develop, update, and use maintenance plans, manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation.
