Senior Process EngineerPosition located in Chicago, Illinois, USA at Littelfuse.ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and implement automation projects in manufacturing processes, including scope definition, technical justification, coordination with suppliers/integrators, validation, startup, and results monitoring.Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams to address customer complaints and resolve chronic and recurring problems.Develop, update, and maintain technical process documentation: PFMEA, Control Plans, Flowcharts, work instructions, parameters, and operating standards.Analyze OEE, cycle times, scrap, capacity, efficiency, and productivity to identify improvement opportunities and establish data‐driven action plans.Design, validate, and implement processes for new products, engineering changes, and line transfers, ensuring safety, quality, capacity, and compliance with customer requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial,...
