Process and Performance Engineer

Do you have significant experience in industrial engineering or equivalent, have you worked in the manufacturing or aerospace sector, and are you looking to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Process and Performance Engineer to join our team within the Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering department based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work on optimizing the industrial performance of the A220.

You will be part of the Process and Performance Engineer team responsible for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. The team leads the Improvement Roadmap and monitors transverse industrial performance (hazards, efficiency, CVAT, rate readiness, etc.). Your role will be to lead the performance analysis, line balancing (SLB), and improvement roadmaps to optimize series production.
