Job Description

Main Accountabilities
Executing Aftermarket Sales Activities Implement daily inside sales actions to achieve targets for parts, service jobs, and maintenance programs through phone, email, and digital channels.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up for delivery and invoicing. 

Customer Support and Relationship Maintenance Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and order status.
Build trust through responsive communication and proactive support to maintain customer satisfaction. 

Order Verification and Coordination Verify order details (scope, pricing, compliance) and manage PO/WO processes to ensure accurate documentation and smooth execution of service work.
Market Awareness and Opportunity Identification
