Position Overview
We are looking for an Initiation Desk Coordinator based in Gurugram. This is an office-based role supporting global immigration operations and service delivery.
The successful candidate will review and distribute immigration initiations, create and manage cases in internal systems, maintain accurate records, process supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with client requirements, internal protocols, SLAs, and quality standards. Working closely with global immigration teams, this role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, coordination, data management, communication, and administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
