Injection Mold Maintenance

PT. Jaya Refrigeration Equipment is seeking a skilled Injection Mold Maintenance Technician to support our injection molding operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for mold maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and structural improvement activities to ensure molds operate efficiently, minimize downtime, and consistently produce high-quality products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in injection mold maintenance, repair, or related roles.
• Able to read and interpret mold 2D and 3D drawings using CAD, UG/NX, or similar software.
• Experienced in conducting mold trials, identifying mold-related issues, and performing root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and mold matching principles.
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving molding defects from the mold perspective.
