Required

Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident (work permits are not eligible for the role)

Minimum 5 years of hands-on injection mold setup experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience independently performing complete mold changes.

Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machine setup.

Experience troubleshooting molding defects and process issues.

Ability to read production work orders and setup documentation.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience in high-volume plastics manufacturing.

Background in food packaging, consumer packaging, or plastic container manufacturing.

Technical training in plastics processing or a related manufacturing discipline.
