Injection Molding Operator - Shift 3

Position Summary
Equipment Operator I is responsible for ensuring the continued operation of molding machines and production machines through interpretation of and appropriate response to machine faults. This individual will perform simple, repetitive tasks associated with machine operation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
" Able to read and understand procedures.
" Responsible for safe operation of equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
" Starts and understands Line Clearances, reviews paperwork for proper documentation to comply with GMP procedures.
" Operates manual molding machines, trims parts off runners, separates runners, signs cleaning documents.
" Operates scales, document s correct part quantities and weigh up
" Meets all quality, quantity, and Good Manufacturing Practices to satisfy customer and Regulatory requirements.
