Job Summary 

To ensure all team members within the defined area of responsibility are meeting all daily production goals and targets. Ensure that all team members are working within their assigned work cells during the required work hours.
Responsibilities 
 Ensure the safety of the team members assigned to your area of responsibility
 Ensure defects are within company standards as well as all other key performance indicators
 Ensure all team members are following Working/inspection Instructions
 Ensure Team Members are following the Company rules and policies
 Identify any potential risk that can interrupt the customer production line flow
 Be able to identify and implement Kaizens
 Maintain Production Visual Management Boards updated, track and follow up issues
 Other projects and assignments as requested by the management team
