The Innovation Experience Technologist is a senior role within the R&D (Research & Development) Center Europe at Allianz Technology. You design and maintain immersive technology experiences that inspire visitors and demonstrate the art of the possible — blending deep IT expertise with creative experience design to turn the R&D Center into a dynamic, showroom-like innovation environment.

What you do:

• Design, build, and continuously evolve immersive technology showcases integrating AI, AR/VR, robotics, and other emerging technologies into interactive visitor experiences.
• Monitor technology trends and act as the R&D Center's technology scout — rapidly prototyping and testing new concepts for compelling demonstrations.
